How to identify an error in Shopify

Identify errors in Shopify and find out the reasons they occur.

  1. Go to your Shopify admin account. On the left-side menu, go to Apps and navigate to Cloudprinter plugin.

  2. Open Orders on the menu at the top of the page and find the order you need.

  3. Find the order you need and click on Post to CP button.

  4. When the error message appears, press the right-side eye icon to open a pop-up view. It contains all the details of the order and its status.

  5. Find the error posting log together with the reasons.
