Their equipment must be state-of-the-art, such as HP Indigo, Xerox iGen, and similar systems, and their level of automation should be cutting edge. Part of the intelligent routing of our API is that the track record of the print partner is monitored. Print partners with less than excellent quality receive fewer orders. You can compare this with the Google ranking system.
