How to cancel the order via Quick Order?

The order can be canceled in the Quick order app immediately after it is placed or with a request to the Support Team before the item goes into production. 

If the order reaches the “Production” state, send a request to the Support Team and have them cancel the order. The support team will then check with the Print Partner to determine if the order can be canceled. 

To cancel the order, open the Quick order web app, and go to the "List of orders'' section. Select the order needing cancelation and press the "cancel order" button.



Also, access the dashboard and open "My orders" to check the status of the order. If everything goes right with the cancelation, it will update the status to "canceled".
