*While preparing your file for print, you’ll have to exclude the bleeds layer.

Follow these simple steps to design and prepare your Roll-up Banner for print:

  1. Choose Roll-up Banner type
    Currently, there 2 available types of Roll-up banners at Cloudprinter.com: Roll-up banner with the system and Roll-up banner without the system. Roll-up banners with the system can be single-sided or double-sided.
  2. Choose Roll-up Banner cassette colour
    Roll-up banners with system consist of the aluminium cassette which is used to keep the Roll-up banner rolled inside before installing. If you select a Roll-up banner with the system, the cassette colour can be silver, black, yellow, red or green.
  3. Choose Roll-up Banner size
    To design your Roll-up Banner and prepare it for printing with Cloudprinter.com, select one of the available sizes at Cloudprinter.com.
  4. Set Roll-up Banner bleeds
    The next step is setting the bleed areas at each side of your Roll-up Banner to make sure all important information is kept safe. For this, simply add 10 mm (0.394 in) at each side of the Roll-up Banner. Make sure your information is within the bleed limits; colors, background images and the layout of your Roll-up Banner design extend to the bleeds area as well, so that there are no white edges after cutting. We recommend avoiding placing text or important information inside of the safe zone — the 20 mm (0.787 in) inside of the cutting edge in order not to be clipped when finishing the Roll-up Banner. Keep in mind that there is a safe zone in the bottom in each Roll-up banner with the height of 250 mm (9.843 in). Do not place any important information in this zone as it is inserted in the Roll-up system. This way, you won't lose any data while you design your Roll-up Banner.
  5. Prepare Roll-up Banner file for printing
    • Set 300 DPI resolution;
    • Choose RGB colour model;
    • Save the file in PDF/X-4.

Well done! Now you can print your Roll-up Banner all over the world as close to the delivery destination as possible.
