      How to Design an Aluminium Bottle?

      Follow these simple steps to design and prepare your Aluminium bottle for print:

      2. Choose Aluminium bottle colour
        There are 2 options for the basic colours available at Cloudprinter.com for the Aluminium bottle: gloss and matt colours. If you opt for a matt Aluminium bottle, your options are white, grey, black.

        If you opt for the digital sublimation technology, the print zone is horizontal:

        • Aluminium bottle 13.5 oz (0.4 l) — 207x100 mm (8.150x3.937 in);
        • Aluminium bottle 26 oz (0.77 l) — 230x170 mm (9.055x6.693 in).

        If you opt for the laser engraving technology, the print zone is vertical:

        • Aluminium bottle 13.5 oz (0.4 l) — 25x100 mm (0.984x3.937 in);
        • Aluminium bottle 26 oz (0.77 l) — 25x170 mm (0.984x6.693 in).
        *For your Aluminium bottle produced with the laser engraving technology, you will need to create the design with one 100% opacity colour (preferably black) for quality engraving.
        You can either choose a full-size picture or place a smaller one within the limits of the print zone while designing your Aluminium bottle. This refers to both of the technologies chosen at Cloudprinter.com.
      4.  Prepare Aluminium bottle file for printing 
        • Set 300 DPI resolution;
        • Choose RGB colour model;
        • Save the file in PDF/X-4.
