Follow these simple steps to design and prepare your Envelopes for print:

    1. Choose Envelope type
      Select from available Envelope types: Envelope with window or Envelope without window at Cloudprinter.com. Please note that Envelopes with windows are not suitable for laser printers.
    2. Choose Envelope size
      Select from available Envelope sizes at Cloudprinter.com. You can choose either a landscape or portrait Envelope orientation.
    3. Create Envelope design
      Make sure your information is within the safe area; colors, background images and the layout of your Envelope design extend to the exact size of the Envelope.
      We recommend avoiding placing text or important information inside of the safe zone — the 3 mm (0.125 in) inside of the edge in order not to be clipped when producing your Envelope. Also, allow for an 11 mm (0.433 in) unprinted space at the top, this is gripper white for the machine. This way, you won't lose any data while your Envelope is being printed.
    4. Prepare Envelope file for printing
      • Set 300 DPI resolution;
      • Choose RGB colour model;
      • Save the file inPDF/X-4.

    Well done! Now you can print your Envelope all over the world as close to the delivery destination as possible.
