How to identify an error in Shopify
Identify errors in Shopify and find out the reasons they occur.
- Go to your Shopify admin account. On the left-side menu, go to Apps and navigate to Cloudprinter plugin.
- Open Orders on the menu at the top of the page and find the order you need.
- Find the order you need and click on Post to CP button.
- When the error message appears, press the right-side eye icon to open a pop-up view. It contains all the details of the order and its status.
- Find the error posting log together with the reasons.
