How to post orders with error expired hash (old orders)

If you are having any not posted orders older than 48 hours, you will need to create a new shipping quote, and when posting you will get the error “Quote has not found or expired”

1. Disable automatic order submission
2. Enable manual shipping
3. try posting order again
4. A new pop up will open with new/updated shipping rates
5. Select the one you need and post order
