How to proceed with the Shopify order if the product wasn't linked to Cloudprinter

It often happens that you’ve already got an order but the product hasn't been linked to Cloudprinter yet. No worries! You don’t have to cancel the order, here is what to do:

  1. Go to Shopify. On the left-side menu, go to Apps and select Cloudprinter
  2. Go to Settings, and choose to disable automatic order submission. 
  3. Once you get the order, choose the product(s) in the order and link them to the Cloudprinter products. In the file section, provide a file that was placed together with the order. 
  4. To check the order, go to the panel on the left side — Orders. It should have a tag #has_cloudprinter_products, if it doesn’t — you can add this tag yourself.
  5. Go to Apps again and select Cloudprinter. Open Orders on the menu at the top of the page. 
  6. Find the needed order, open it and add the appropriate files.
  7. Go back to the full list of Orders in your Shopify and press the Post to CP button. 
  8. Check if the order is published in the Clouprinter.com Dashboard.
