How to set up notifications about order status in Shopify

Set up status notifications to update your client, so they know what’s happening with their orders.

  1. Go to your Shopify admin account. On the left-side menu, go to Settings and navigate to Notifications.
  2.  In the list, you’ll find all the possible notifications that can be sent out to clients.

The production status of the Cloudprinter order cannot be emailed to clients. Instead, you can send clients an email with the tracking number when the order is shipped. 


You can check the production order status in Cloudprinter.

  1. In the menu on the left, go to Apps and navigate to Cloudprinter plugin. 
  2. Open Orders on the menu at the top of the page and find the order you need.
  3. Press the right-side eye icon to open a pop-up view. It contains all the details of the order and its status.
