How to set up the shipping level in Zapier

Zapier has several limitations when setting up the shipping level. Here is what you should know.

When creating a Zap, there’s a field to choose your shipping level. 


Keep in mind: Zapier doesn’t allow to choose more than one shipping level in one Zap. When placing an order, the system will first offer to ship via the chosen shipping level. If the selected shipping level is not available for a certain region, the system will provide another shipping option.

There are five available shipping levels: 

Fast Express (Track & Trace)

This’s the fastest possible trackable delivery. Shipping is provided by one of our integrated carriers, so it’s Cloudprinter shared. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 days. 

Saver Express (Track & Trace)

This’s the fastest saver trackable delivery. Shipping is provided by one of our integrated carriers, so it’s Cloudprinter shared. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 days.  

Ground Express (Track & Trace) 

This’s fast ground delivery. Shipping is provided by one of our integrated carriers, so it’s Cloudprinter-shared. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days. 

Postal (No track & Trace)

This type of shipping is Cloudprinter-shared and provided by a local postal company in your country. Delivery takes place according to the standard delivery times in your country. You cannot track the movement of your order. The estimated delivery time is 3-15 days.

Clients own shipping service

This option is available only for the Enterprise service level. Preconfigured by the production.
