Is my file stored safely?

Once you placed your order, what will happen with your file? As we understand that some files may contain private or copyrighted content, we ensure you full discretion.

 

The moment you upload your order to our platform, your file is stored in a temporary secured database. Our system processes your order first, meaning we check the file itself (it's specifications), your order specifications, address and payment information. Based on this information, and once we have received your payment, our Smart Local Routing algorithm selects a qualified and audited printer near your delivery address. Our platform automatically informs the printing facility that your order would ideally be printed by them. 

Next, the print partner has some time to accept or reject the order. Only when the print partner actually accepts the order, your file is removed from our database and send to the printer in question. We guarantee you that your file will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose of your order.

We do not keep a record of the files that we have printed for you. All of our print partners are trusted parties that treat your content with the utmost care. Confidentiality is ensured by our contracts. 

Our cloud-based platform is running in multiple locations around the world to make sure you are always in compliance with any applicable local regulations. Second, print jobs submitted to our print partners are tacked and encrypted to avoid fraudulent actions.
