Ways of file submissions

There are three different ways to submit files. Here you can find the differences between each of them.

Each of these three types of file submissions is different as they’re specifically designed for your business needs.

Add files on the backend. This means that the customer doesn’t have to submit anything, or you don’t have to add any files after the order is created.

Add files on the frontend. In this case, the files are added from the side of your end customer when creating an order.

Note: Files from the end customer should follow our templates and sizes, as they will go straight to print.

Attach files on the backend after the order has been created. This option is useful if your end customers submit files that you wish, for example, to process or add some design to them.
