What if I don't receive my order?

Use our reorder function

Sometimes it happens that a parcel does not arrive in time, or gets lost with one of the shipping carriers.  In the case that you send a parcel out with tracked information, you are allowed to place a reorder. No need to email back and forth with us about evidence, or who is right or wrong. That is time away from your business or personal life that you could spend more valuable.


Simply select your order and click on the reorder function button. Select a reorder reason, and place the order for free. It will be reprinted and sent out as soon as possible.
