That means taking away the first number (usually a "0") and adding the Danish country code, which is "+45". For example, if your number is "028832333", in the international format it would be "+4528832333".
Oh, and don't forget to add the international call prefix before the country code! In Denmark, the prefix is "00", so you'd need to put "0045" before your number to make sure the call gets routed correctly.
Just remember that all the characters in the phone number should be numbers, and don't worry about spaces, dashes, or parentheses – those will be automatically removed.
