Follow these simple steps to design and prepare your Polo Shirt for print:

  1. Choose Polo Shirt colour

    Currently, there are basic Polo Shirt colours available at Cloudprinter.com — grey, black, yellow, red, green, white, blue as well as tint colours — navy, light blue, dark grey, heather grey, ash, military green, sand, natural.

    When selecting a dark colour of the Polo Shirt, you will need to print some elements with white colour. Here is a short video on how to prepare a print file with white colour:

  2. Choose Polo Shirt size

    There is a variety of available Polo Shirt sizes at Cloudprinter.com — starting from S up to 6XL.

    Choose the one that fits you best and keep in mind that the print zone remains the same independently of the Polo Shirt size.

    For now, only regular fit Polo Shirts with the collar are available, but more types are coming soon.
  3. Choose Polo Shirt printing side

    Printing on the Front side of the Polo Shirt is available for all the clients globally.

    The clients who are using Cloudprinter’s Print API have printing Front and Back side options available.

    To print on both the Front and Back sides, choose the templates for your size and upload 2 files to send your Polo Shirt for global print.

  4. Keep in mind print area on Polo Shirt Front and Back sides

    The print areas don't change depending on the size of your Polo Shirt.

    The print area is different on the Front and Back sides of the Polo Shirt, so make sure to choose the file with the corresponding name.

    Include your picture within the limits of 140x90 mm (5.512x3.543 in) while designing the Front side of your Polo Shirt. The Front print area is located on the left side of the Polo Shirt.

    When designing the Back side of the Polo Shirt, include your image within the limit of 390x490 mm (15.354x19.291 in).

    You can either print a picture in the maximum possible size or place a picture of a smaller size wherever you want within the limits of the print zone.

    It concerns printing both on the Front and Back sides of your Polo Shirt.

  5. Choose Polo Shirt picture

    Make sure your picture quality and size are appropriate for the Polo Shirt print area.

    That's important to make sure the picture isn't blurred and meets your expectations when printed.

    You can go for a multi-colour or 1-2 colours picture — whatever is better for you.

  6. Prepare file for printing
    • Set 300 DPI resolution;
    • Choose RGB colour model;
    • Save the file in PDF/X-4.
Well done! Now you can print your Polo Shirt all over the world as close to the delivery destination as possible.
